What is Green Mountain Gateway?

Green Mountain Gateway is web-based portal that enables our commercial channel partners to manage the entire sales cycle for customers they represent. The portal provides access to multi-territory real time pricing, quick credit checks, easy contract generation, marketing tools, customer support and much more. Green Mountain Gateway can also be accessed by our commercial sales partners while they are on the go with any smart phone, enabling them to view their customer data, retrieve real time pricing and quickly generate contracts. Who has access to Green Mountain Gateway?

All of our Green Mountain Energy commercial channel partners and their sales agents are able to take advantage of the portal and its benefits.
 

How can I gain access to Green Mountain Gateway?

All current Green Mountain commercial channel partners can send an email to gateway@greenmountain.com to request a username and password for the portal. NOTE: If you have been using our former portal, iEnergy, your username and password may have been reset. Your new login information for the Gateway portal should have been emailed to you, but if you did not receive that, just email us.
 

How do I become a channel partner so that I can gain access to Green Mountain Gateway?

To begin the process of becoming a Green Mountain commercial channel partner, fill out this brief questionnaire . A representative will be in touch with you shortly to discuss the opportunity to establish as commercial channel partner relationship with your company.
 

What do I do if I forgot my login information?

If you forgot your username, please send an email to gateway@greenmountain.com with the primary email account you used when you originally registered. After confirmation, your username and temporary password will be emailed to you. If you forgot your password, please follow the ‘Forgot your Username or Password’ link and enter your username. Your temporary password reset notification will be emailed to you.
 

I have used the iEnergy portal in the past. Will I still be able to do so?

No. Green Mountain Gateway replaces iEnergy as our C&I channel partner portal. The new portal is much more sophisticated than iEnergy and offers partners many more tools to help support your efforts to sign up new Green Mountain commercial customers and renew current ones. If you already have a login for iEnergy, it will be reset and you will be emailed the new login and password for Green Mountain Gateway.
